Great News in Mulvane!
SCKESC, in cooperation with the Mulvane school district, opened The Learning Connection in Mulvane in August 2009. The center is another of SCKESC’s diploma completion programs and provides an opportunity for adults to complete credits and earn a high school diploma. The computerized learning center accepts any adult whose high school class has already graduated. The cost to enroll is $20, and the center has flexible hours to accommodate students’ work and family schedules. Students are able to work online after going through an orientation period, but there is a computer lab where students can work on their classes on-site as much as they wish. Our diploma completion programs provide a unique opportunity for people from 15 to 80 to earn credits toward a high school diploma. Adults are able to work at their own pace, complete the needed courses and receive a high school diploma. High school age students can make up credits failed at their current high school to keep on track for graduation.
